How do YOU include carbs in your diet? - or do you?

For me personally, having carbs in my diet gives me energy for the day and helps me with my workouts. Tried different diets before with low carb intake and I feel to sluggish and tired. I think carbs are such an important macronutrient to keep in the diet because of the many benefits that it has such as digestion, aids in muscle growth, energy, etc.
