As a Personal Trainer, it took me a long time to realize something: Not everyone will be successful training with me because not everyone will be a good fit with me. And when it comes down to it, the trainer-client relationship is just that. A relationship. Not all relationships work out. My question for other trainers and coaches out there is: What is involved in your assessment process? What tools do you have to determine whether a potential client will be a good fit to work with you or not? What questions do you ask to help determine whether someone is READY for a change?
